June 2025 Update: There is currently a shipping delay and US customs import delay that is affecting some orders of our Zooone NAD+ customers in the United States. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, you can expect the following delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 2-4 business days via USPS
  • International: 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ChromaNutra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ChromaNutra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide.

International orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks of shipping, depending on the destination country.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery.
